Hi.

Is there any option to create the transaction launcher classes under another package than the $TMP package?

Thanks.

Hi Susana Messias,

The Wizard will create the class in $TMP which you can change to Z package. In Tr. SE24 display your class then from menu Goto-> Object Dictionary Entry change the $TMP package to your Z package.

Hope this will help.

Thanks,

Vikash.

Hi Vikash,

Sorry for the question but I am not a technical consultant so I don't understand very much about development transactions.

I went to SE24 transaction and did what you mentioned but the field Package is not editable. I can only change the user responsible for this class.

Can you help me on this?

Thanks.

Hi Susana Messias,

Check for your user authorization. Logically you should be able to change the package. I just verified in my system and the package is editable.

Try with user having SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW authorization.

Thanks,

Vikash.

Hi Susana Messias,

Check the following screenshots

[Picture 1|https://weblogs.sdn.sap.com/weblogs/images/251712330/EEW1.JPG] --> In SE24 I selected my Z class

[Picture 2|https://weblogs.sdn.sap.com/weblogs/images/251712330/EEW2.JPG]--> Then followed the menu path as shown

[Picture 3|https://weblogs.sdn.sap.com/weblogs/images/251712330/EEW3.JPG]--> Clicked on the edit button of the popup

[Picture 4|https://weblogs.sdn.sap.com/weblogs/images/251712330/EEW4.JPG]--> Package is in edit mode and I can change it to Z Package.

It is working for me. Show this screens to your Basis people and ask them why your user is not able to edit it.

Thanks,

Vikash.
