Telephone and Fax number in PO Header

Hi All,

I am a Basis person and I need to work on changing the Company Telephone and Fax number that is shown on PO Header. I looked around forums and coudln't find the exact solutions. I did see someone refering to look the table ADRC but don't think it is as it is related to Vendor details.

I know this is MM functional task or so, but we don't have any one else than me who knows SAP other the Users. Any solution to fix this issue will be helpful. Tanks in advance.

Hi Praveen,

If you are referring to the Telephone No. and Fax no. of Vendor then those things can be changed in Transaction XK02 (Change Vendor Master). You need to enter the Vendor Number, Purchasing Organization, Company Code and select check boxes so that you can enter into the Vendor Master Record, make the changes to fields Telephone No. and Fax and save the record. Now when you try to create a PO, the changes should reflect in the PO Header.

NO, I am not talking about the details of the vendor but the telephone and fax number of my company that is shown on top of the PO. Like

Company Name

Address

Telephone -- want to change this

Fax -- want to change this

Ur company contact details will be changeable in plant (OX10).. since address in the po header is picks frm ur plant definition. so select the address tab and change as per ur req.

HI Jayakumar,

When I select the company code in OX10 I don't see the Telephone and Fax field, but if I click on Address that is there under Goto Tab I see the fields. Are you suggesting to change the values here?

Im talking abt changing the contact details in plant

1- in ox10 , selct ur plant and on the header menu select goto- address- here u can change the telephone and fax,,

2- later u make a new po and chekc the po header contact details in print privew ,, it will update in print privew

is this ur req or something else??

This issue is resolved.

We were using Smartform to display the header that is shown on PDF of PO. I had to modify the smartform to show the correct Phone number and Fax number.
