How to know the Linkage between Recount Phy Inv Doc and the Old Phy Inv Doc

Former Member

Dear all

I know the Physical Inventory process in SAP.

However during the Post Difference for the 1st PI Doc, there are 2 materials needed to be recounted and thus a recount (Mi11) is carried out and hence a new PI Doc is created to contained these 2 recount material.

My question: From where can I find that which Recount PI doc is originated from the 1st PI Doc?

Sorry, simple question but I cannot find the answer.

Thanks

Hi

Check in ISEG table with IBLNR as inital document and NBLNR as recount document.

Note that you can only see the recount document with reference to original document.

Thanks

Hi

You can use MI03 for displaying the counted document (click physical inventory history).

You can also try in MI22 with option phy.doc recounted (which is under status selection tab).

Thanks

I have checked both

I use MI03 to view the existing PI doc, it does not show the next recount PI doc associated with the existing PI doc.

and in the MI22 there, I set PhyInv Recounted for the existing PI doc, but it only show the material items that are recounted but not the recount PI doc number

Please advise!
