hi sony,

e-recruiting 600 and 600 EhP3 support 2 different scenarios for changing letters.

The first scenario uses a fulltext web editor to change the whole smartform. It renders the complete smartform and puts it into the editor. Trouble with that is that you loose all layouting then. The second uses an include text block. The smartform keeps the layout and content and only the text block can be changed in a textedit. This keeps the layout but restricts the possibility of changes. I would recomment to use the second option. To set the system for one or the other option there is the T77S0 switch RECFA INDCO and you have to set the matching document catagories for the corr and invitation ctivity categories.

The smartforms without exa are the default smartforms which are used for smrtform interface validation - use them as copy template when creating your own ones:

HRRCF_CS_APPLICANT -> 1st scenario simple correspondence

HRRCF_CS_APPL_INVITATION -> 1st scenario invitation

HRRCF_CS_IT_APPLICANT -> 2nd scenarion simpe correspondence

HRRCF_CS_IT_APPL_INVITATION -> 2nd scenario invitation

The smartforms including exa are "examples" of sap. The ones without IT are for 1st scenario the ones with IT are for 2nd scenario.

Best regards
