SmartForms through workflow

How do I send a smartform through workflow. please help me in achiving this requirement.

Hi STeffler,

You can also send attachments with the notifications mails using workflows.

You can use container element &_ATTACH_OBJECTS& to attach the desired docs to the mail.

Hi,

To achived yr requirement :

Build a FM where:

Spool is generated for smart form , so take that spool and you can convert it in Pdf . then using

SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 you can send mail to any one you want .

then call this FM in a Method of BO ,

then You can call in Workflow this method in a Acivity any where you want .
