Hi Experts,
Is there a setting in Business Workflow, that enables an automatic notification when a mail is added to inbox?
Background : I'm monitoring load processes in BI and in case of some errors, emails are triggered from system to my inbox.
It would be very helpful to be informed promptly..
Some ideas?
Thanks in advance & Regards
Jioe
I think you can make use of an express message that can be send from the Workflow.

HI J.F.B
If it's a mail and not a workitem you receives in your inbox, then It is quite simple, just select the mail task in your workflow definition and flag the "Send Express" check Button.
If you have setup SAP connect, you also have the option to forward the mail to your usual Email CVlient, Outlook, notes etc, to do so go to SO12 and choose Automatic Forwarding, and forward it to your mail adress.

Thanks a lot guys!
@Morten & @Pavan
It's a nice workaround I can cope with.
@Morten
As I understand it, this is a solution for work processes controlled by myself.
If mail is sent "external" (by a person or a process), there is no way for me
to switch to "Send Express" ? Is this right?

Try to do like this
1. Goto Txn SBWP.
2. On menu goto ---> SETTINGS ---> OFFICE SETTINGS ---> Under the AUTOMATIC REPLY try to give the email address
