Hi friends,
My client is having plants all over USA.
So we want to know whether there is any advantages/dis-advantages if users select as their local time zone as Personal Time Zone (System -> User Profile -> Own Data -> Defaults) v/s using one time zone for all users.

All the documents are posted as per the application server time(the place where it is installed) and not as per the user master date/time. Yes it may be useful if you are taking about any HR data.
