Hello.
A sales order can be sent via e-mail using Services for Object->Send->Send object with note. Using an e-mail address and a Recip. Type U - Internet address if permitted an e-mail will be sent with a .txt document attached containing something like that:
Go to the following URL:
http://<your SAP server address>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?~object_type=BUS2032&~object_key=<your SO number>&sap-client=<your SAP client #>&sap-language=EN
If the link is not to a valid server, log on to the SAP system and check the following object:
System:<your system>
Client:<your SAP client #>
BOR Object Type:BUS2032
BOR Object Key:<your SO number>
Then, provided that Web GUI is activated one can paste the URL above directly into a browser and with all proper permissions granted to the user the SO will be opened directly.
Question:
Can I get the corresponding link of any commercial document, quote/SO/Del/Inv. in a simpler manner, without sending an e-mail first?
Thank you.
