Surfacing Crystal Reports in Salesforce

I am contacting you from the National Conference of State Legislatures. We are currently undergoing a migration of our AMS from Personify to Fonteva (which is on the Salesforce Platform). We would like to have a technical call/online meeting with someone at SAP who could answer questions regarding Crystal Reports and Salesforce. To be more specific, we have downloaded a trial of Crystal Reports and have been successful in creating a connection and running reports using our Salesforce data. Where we have a question and would like technical assistance is with surfacing this data in Salesforce. We do not what our employees to have to log into Crystal to run their reports. We want them to go through Salesforce to create and run their reports (using Crystal Reports).

We already use Crystal Reports integrated with Personify and would like to continue that type of setup. I have done some research online with regards to integration, but most articles are old and outdated.

Please let me know as soon as possible if this type of technical meeting/call can be set up.
