HI Experts,

we are having a classic scenario(SRM 5)

when the SC created by th euser is approved by the final approver.system is not creating any followon docuemnts.It shows Error in transmission.

i have checked in BBP_MON_SC. when i click on Transfer data it shows a pop sceren with "System error: SC not in table GT_LIST_HEADER

i have gone through some other threads. they have mentioned that the FM BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE_WF.

in this i have a Message: Error changing to status RELS, System status APPR is active(shoping cart 10000674)

Can one suggest me what needs to be done.

Hi,

Plaese check in t-code RZ20 in application monitors.

You will find the reason why the SC is in error in transmission.

Another alternative if it did not create follow on docs because of any technical reasons.

You can pass the SC guid to FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER and chk.
