MIGO Alarm/Error as PO Locked

Hi Experts,

While doing MIGO (GR-101) am facing an alram as PO Locked,

Can you please tell me the possible reasons what could be.

Request your help in this issue.

Somebody may be using the same PO in change mode..That is the reason u r getting this error.

Please try after some time.

and also if you have Authorization of SM12, please check the lock entries.

Can you pls elobrate what i wna to do in SM12 ,since this is the first tim am doing i need your help also in Prdn Server am handling this issue,once i execute this transaction is there any impact?

What i want to mention in Table name and Lock argument?or directly i can list it.

hi,

PO number against which you are trying to do GR must being modified by someone else or while editing this PO if any power failure so system restart this PO number might have been locked that is why you are getting this error.

You can use tcode SM12 and delete that entry then you will not get this error again.

I hope you have removed user id from the selection screen of SM12.

Still if there is no entry, please try to post MIGO after some time.

Just execute the SM12 without entering anything and system will display all locked entries.

Now by reading the description and table name you can esying understand which one is for ur PO.

Now here you can delete that lock entry

There is no impact in executing this transaction code.....Only impact will come, when u will try to delete the lock entry.

Once again thanks for your support,when i execute SM12 i found no entries.So you mean to say somebody still in that PO in change mode.So that am getting this error.Pls correct me if am wrong.

HI,

Somebody is doing the same PO.

Go to SM 12 and execute , and delete the all entries by select and execute.

The PO might be opened by someone in Change Mode , hence the error.
