How to restrict Users to use roles (test profiles) of SUT in SOLMAN7.2

Dear Friends,

I want to create different Buiness Ids(test profile) in SUT, where each business id represents an unique role. Now, When a user logs in, how can I restrict that user to use only some roles. Means, out of 5 business Ids(roles), user should be able to use only some roles as per the requirement. How to put this authorization?
