The most important thing is you have to assign the settlement rule of settling to AUC in the internal order master record.

first you need to post some documents, while posting the documents you need to assign the internal order that is must and should be real order not statistical order (if you want to settle)

then go to T.Code:KOB1 - Orders: Actual Line Items, here you can the internal order report

then go to T.Code:KO88 Actual settlement order, here you settle the internal order to Auc

then againg go to T.Code:KOB1 - Orders: Actual Line Items, the order balace will be zero. that mean your total order is settled to Auc,

If any balance in order that means the internal order is not settled to the Auc

i have tried to seetle as u told me in K088.total amt-220000 but its only taking 104000.why its not taking full amount

Please check whether you have taken all your Source Cost Elements when you defined your allocation structure.
