S/4 HANA Shortdump while Saving a BP

Hello:

I am trying to change the BP Telephone information in General BP Role. The system is not saving the BP. This system is being used for IS-Utilities. It is giving a short dump:

CATEGORY : ABAP PROGRAMMING ERROR

RUN TIME ERRORS : ASSERTION_FIALED

ABAP PROGRAM : XO_MEMORY_FACTORY======CP

APPLICATION COMPOENT : FS-BP

When I searched for notes, I was provided with references like Notes Number 2009887, 2435338.

2435338 Looked exactly similar. Executed steps per notes. Still the problem persists. Prior to execution of this notes, even when I move across the tabs on the BP, it used to give short dump. After this notes, at least, it is now letting me navigate through the tabs on the BP. This is happening in both BP Roles; General BP; Contract Partner (MKK)

Help please.

note 2009887 should provide the info to solve it. Are the applications active?
