Batch transaction report is not reporting correctly.

Inventory reports > Batch Number Transactions Report

For one item, I check one particular batch. A sales order with Qty 5 was copied to delivery note(fully delivered qty 5). On the Batch Number Transactions Report the delivery has Allocated -5 and Direction u2018Allocatedu2019.

Why is the Delivery Note showing 5 units with a direction of allocated, rather than out?

Hi

That is caused by most proabably by application error . IYou can upgrade your patch level to refrain from happening .if problem is not solved , send the DB to support with the queries result (mentioned by Jitin)to SAP support .

They will fix it for you ...

Hi,

Please run the detect query attached in Note no. : [1022965|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1odSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1022965] and check whether the item reported is obtained in the result or not.

If the query gives the result, you need to report the issue to SAP Support.
