SOST email to be traced

Hi Team,

In March 2018, one user received email and its showing in SOST. Status is successful. After that user stopped receiving the email. Now user wants this mail to be started again. We do not have any document for this process. We want to trace from where this email is generated. From which table email id are picked up and sent.

Is this possible?

Please guide.
