PIRWBUSER passwd change

hi,

I had changed the passwd for PIRWBUSER and updated the new passwords in all the RFC Destinations, the exchange profile and in the J2EE Destination PMISTORE, but still when i access the RWB the PIRWBUSER is still getting locked and i cannot access the RWB

Has anyone come across this issue earlier .

Thx, i did check the notes and changed in all places mentioned and everytimt i start RWB the PIRWBUSER gets locked again, the only thing left is to get the java engine restared which i would be doing later tonight.

Hi,

In addtion to Agasthuri.

just open trasaction SXMB_IFR there in administrator tab.

there under Lock and Cache Administration Section look into the lock overview link

if you find your user lock there. then remove that.

Could you please check SAP Note 936093 and make sure you have changed password in all the places it has mentioned.

For PI 7.1 check Note 999962

check in transaction SU01 whether the user Connection has already been locked, If so unlock it,
