Unable to Launch SAP CDt: First time logon issue

Dear Experts,

We are trying to launch SAP communication desktop for the first time. All the necessary IE settings have been done as told in the guide for client side connection. But on launching the cdt url, we get the Welcome page as below

But after some time it throws the below error.

Can someone help us in launching the CDT correctly.
