Upgrade to SCM 5.1 to 7.0

Hi people,

I´ve a doubt with the upgrade guide to scm 7.0. In the step of the upgrade livecache and optimizer, you have to run the report

/SAPAPO/OM_LC_UPGRADE_70 but this report not exist in my system. When i run this report in mi system I get an explicit message error : Program /SAPAPO/OM_LC_UPGRADE_70 does not exist

What can I do?
