error while downloading the DNL_CUST_PROD1

Dear Experts

I am establishing middleware connection between CRM 6.0 and ECC 6.0

I am getting errors while downloading the DNL_CUST_PROD1.

I am getting sysfail in crm inbound queue(smq2) with error saying

" Immport of material type into hierarchy YBPCRMPROD not possible "

Could you help me in resolving this error.

Thanks & Regards

V.Srinivas

My guess is that you don't have product hierarchies synchronized between ECC and CRM, so you have to synchronize them first. Try first downloading DNL_CUST_PROD0.

You may also try syncronization of hierarchies and their categories in spro>cross-aplication comonents>SAP product>product category>Transport Categories.

    Hope this helps.

      hi Arup,

I do have a similar issue during initial load of DNL_CUST_PROD1. The object started to download, but it stuck in SMQ2 with

SYSFAIL status, error message "Hierarchy ID R3PRODHIER already exist". It happened in the secondary acceptance client after downloading DNL_CUST_PROD0 successfully. This issue not happened in the primary acceptance.

I checked your comments. But this message is not mentioned in the note and CRMRFCPAR is correctly setup.

Do you have other suggestions how to solve this issue?

      Thanks

      Tamas
