SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.5 SP01 on SAP HANA SP10 not reached

Hi guys,

i wanted to connect to our SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.5 SP01 on SAP HANA SP10 hosted on AWS. We changed nothing on system level or else, but since yesterday morning we are getting this Error:

Dear Pavan,


This case is most likely caused by some network issue.


I can see the connection is set to dispatcher. Please check firstly whether that dp is running.


If you are using Windows, check the network settings accordin to note: 1165633 - Connection problems after network cable was pulled out.


Check the following SAP Note for hints to test dp conenction, (however it is for Gateway it can be interpreted to dp as well): 1341701 - partner 'hostname:service' not reached.


Check the gateway settings using SAP Note: 52959 - sapms..., sapdp.., sapgw.. unknown (or not found).


Verify if the client is able to reach the backend hostname using OS commands (i.e. ping, traceroute, nslookup) from the affected system. Also verify the resolution for the hostname issue at OS level.
