Offcycle payroll in Payslip

Hi All,

We had a requirement to have off cycle Payroll detail in the Payslip in ESS. We have already imported the Std Payslip application in NWDS but we don't know how to proceed further. If anybody knows how we can do that please guide.

Hi Bharat,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to modify the Payslip form that shows up as a PDF on the portal. The iView that does that is just a wrapper for an HRForm.

To make your change, you'll need to go to transaction HRFORMS and create a copy of the appropriate payslip(s) such as SAP_PAYSLIP_US

Once you've modified the payslip copy, change the pointer in the IMG path Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Specific Settings -> Benefits and Payment -> Salary Statement -> Form Using HR Forms Workplace (HRFORMS) -> Enter HR Form Name

You have understood my question but we are using PE51 tcode for Salary slip form changes. So do you know anything about it?
