Parent Account field missing in territory Rule

Dear experts,

We are trying to create a Realignment Rule for accounts based on the "Parent Account" field in Accounts.(Top level account is available)

But this fields is not available for us in Territory Realignment Rule, Could any one let me know how can we enable this field for Territory Rule.
