Control Owner Not received the Email notification for OWP

Hi,

We are scheduled the job for GRC Process Control Self Assessment, which is executed successfully without error. Workflow Triggered and available in GRC inbox but the Approver Not received the Email notification to process OWP. The work item not even reach SCOT inbox

1.The job GRFN_OWP_JOB_SENDER (With Program :GRFN_OWP_SENDER) is executed successfully and status shows is "Finished" without error.

2.Application log in SLG1 showing green for the all the items.

3.We maintain the appropriate email id in SU01 for control owner, but control owner not received mail notification for OWP.

4. The work item not even reach to SCOT.

We need your guidance to fix this issue ASAP.

You should also setup/schedule the job- GRPC_WF_NOTIFICATION

Also check to make sure your settings are good in SO50 and your SWU3 settings
