SBO DI SERVER Error 1060 : The specified server does not exist as an installed service

When I want to configure SBO DI Server in Service Manager, it is disabled and giving "error 1060 : the specified server does not exist as an installed service."

As i want to configure the sap mailer, that is why, i want to setup the SBO DI SERVER. Butm it is not working. I ma not getting any solution, please help me.
