How does my end users access the reports that I created for them?
I set up the server, set up users, set up rights, created folders for the reports, and dumped reports into those folders... All went well...
Unfortunately, I have no clue how my end user can access everything that I have set up for them. Is there a program that I need to install on their machine? If so, where do I download that file at? Is it accessed via a web browser? If so, is there any documentation on how to set that part up?
Thanks in advance to anyone that replies to this. I have been stuck on this for about 2 weeks now and SAP has refused to help because I am working with a trial and haven't purchased their product yet...
You create accounts for them in CMS and then they can access CR Server after installing the Client tools on their PC.
