FATURA E REMESSA FINAL

Boa noite prssoal,

Criei um pedido de compra e o usuário pediu para cancelar, pois não precisa mais do material. Tentei colocar o item na lixeira e o sistema não permitiu cancelar. Devido ao problema dei fatura e remessa final. Esta certo?

Fazendo isso a requisição morre?

Hi Vilaca,

I checked our moderation rule, and it is fine to post in different language. I also allow this post to be published. However if I am the expert in this area(but I don't know Portuguese), may I request the user to describe this in English for me? Or I just copy the text to translation machine? I have no experience for such post in my expertise area, so not sure what would be the best option to handle this.

Any advice or experience is welcome:)

Thanks for you feedback.

It isn't possible to request both transation once the page only contains 1 language field. What is possible is to friendly request a new post creation in EN to increase the chances in receiving the right answer because it enlarges the audience. You can also recommend the use of google translator. No problem.
