deleting quota arrangent

I'm having some troubles with quota arrangemet.

I want to delete a QA but is seams to have quantitys alocated. I've deleted all requirements and still get the same error.

It's a part produced in-house that is starting to be produced in two machines. It had a quota for in-house production and subcontrating but sc ended and there are no requirements for it.
