Error in Updating to SP01 PL05 - Not unique key in NNM1

Hi, we have a big problem updating one database to SBO2007 SP01 PL05. We get the error message, that the index "NNM1_PRIMARY" can't be created because of duplicate key values.

How can we solve that?

Thanks, i already posted a message, but unfortunately with no success.

They don't have a solution yet for the problem. There suggestion was to install the latest patch again
