GRC AC10.1 SP20 connect to Power BI

Hi Experts,

We are planning to use Power BI for the monthly governance reports from GRC. We are using GRC AC10.1 with SP20.

This is a just conceived idea and we are yet to research on this. I am here look for a direction to progress on this further starting from compatibility possiblities.

Please throw some light with experience and let me know, what should be starting point?
Thanks.

Hello Vanita,

From GRC side for Power BI we do not have anything. But for SAP BW you can refer to Notes: 1700366 . As for HANA and FIORI BC sets refer to Note:2678236. The concept of BC set for HANA/FIORI changed after SP22. So best to use it best is to upgrade your system to SP22.

Thanks & Regards,

Chandani

Hi Vanita,

No, you do not need to use PowerBuilder. SAP PowerBuilder is a tool to create client server applications and is EOL at this time.

I hope you receive an answer in the SAP GRC community page.

Thank Patricia,
I have posted this in SAP GRC as well. I have no idea, if we have to use power builder or not. Hence I posted in the suggested communities as well.

Hi Vanita,

Are you using PowerBuilder? This community page is for questions concerning PowerBuilder, InfoMaker and EAServer.

I think possibly you posted this question for the wrong product. What SAP product are you using and I'll see if I can find if there is a community page for that product.

Thanks, Pat
