Hi Experts,
Can anyone Please tell me advantages and disadvantages of E2E root cause analysis?
Why do we need to implement E2E? What benefit we get after impletmenting E2E root cause analyis?
Thanks,
Bhupesh
Hi Bupesh,
Disadvantages - ? Needs extra effort, time and money
Advantages - Whenever there is an issue in your solution landscape, E2E Root Cause Analysis helps you in pin-pointing where the problem is. It helps you in identifying whether the problem is in your client-side or server-side, is it a performance issue or functionality issue? After when this issue is occuring? After what change? What has been changed - becos of which this error is ocurring?
See... it helps you in identifying what is the root cause of the issue in your solution landscape. This is the benefit. It helps in minimizing the issue resolution time. Thus, it helps in decreasing the solution down time and increasing your business productivity. The major benefit any client is looking forward for
Hope it helps.
