Hi all,

We are testing the bcs system at funds management and we have create a similar situation to our current configuration at former budgeting. The problem is the when at the account assignment tab of the purchase order I enter the funds reservation number the fm account assignment of the funds reservation is not inherited whereas at the current system yes. Any idea of which step I am missing?

Best regards and thanks for your help

Hi,

There should be no difference between FB and BCS on this matter, as it's an issue for commitments update. Check your 'Define Rules for Account Assignment Transfer' configuration to verify that it's set.

Regards,

Eli

Hi,

I did not mean FMDERIVE; go to IMG - Public Sector Management - Funds Management Government - Funds Management-Specific Postings - Earmarked Funds and Funds Transfers - Account Assignment Transfer. Check the rules and their assignment.

Eli
