Doubt on OPENTEXT

Hi,

I'm searching for solution in doc. management that can have integration to SAP ECC6 (can retrieve and post data). I've came accross OPENTEXT and based on the documentation provided OPENTEXT can fullfill the requirement.

But i have some doubt and hope anyone can help me.

1) Is OPENTEXT is one of the module in SAP ECC6 or 1 system by itself?

2) is there any database created in Opentext? I've heard that the database is not lie in OPENTEXT but was created in ECC6 itself. I'm note sure whether this is true but my gut feling is that OPENTEXT should have their data storage by themselves.

3) Can OPENTTEXT do direct posting (for example invoice posting) to SAP ECC6? If yes, how abt the processing time betwwen OPENTEXT and SAP? and how abt method that was used to do the posting.

Please help to assist me.
