User Exits for CA01 & CA02

Can any provide an ehancement name or userexit where we can check and update routing data at the operation level at the time of save? We have look at these (None of them work for what we need).

CMDI001 Determine explosion control for BOM

CPAU0001 Enhancement for Authorization Check in Task Lists

CPDO0001 Test units of measure for reference operation set

CPRE0001 Enhancement for Reorgnization Checks in Task Lists

XCZD0004 Extend authority check for the material-recipe allocation

First can you explain in brief? If the standard user exits are not helping your requirement. And if you are using ECC 6.00 please come back to me i will give another way to solve your problem.

Sorry the thread was marked as answered ... but actually we still have no solution for validating operational information in the routing master data (during create or change). I tried working with enhnacement spots but made no progress.

Maybe someone will see this update and provide some additional guidance.

Hello Malissa,

I have similar requirement - I want to validate if same operation # entered in CA01 or CA02 then system is giving pop up message says error ,do you want to process ? Yes or NO.

Requirement is need to have hard error instead of pop up message,Can you please give me solution ?

We would like to use a userexit to validate data at the operation level in the routing when a routing is created and/or changed (CA01/CA02 at the time of save). For example, if a certain operation exists then another operation must also exist. We are running ECC 6.0.

Dear,

You have to Debug the standard program with the help of the Abaper. In ECC 6.00 it has inbuild option of implementing enhance spots. In that enhance spot u can write u r own code inbetween the standard program. And check your n number of validation what you like.

If this is not helping revert back, i will give u the step by step procedure to create the enhance spot in standard program.

I have tried the following enhancements:

CPAU0001

CPDO0001

CPRE0001

- but these do not allow me to validate the operations on a routing in CA01/CA02.

Do you know of a enhancement for a userexit that occurs at the time of save in CA01/CA02?

Similar to PCO00001 for CO01/CO02... this enhancement occurs at the time of save in the production order and can be used to validate data in the production order header, componenets, operations, etc.
