No account assignment reference found in TBB1_LC

Hi Friends,

I need your suggestions in resolving the issue while performing TBB1_LC, There is an error log which says, "No account assignment reference found in TBB1_LC"

W: No account assignment reference was found

E: No account assignment reference was found.

I believe this is an account assignment issue.

Appreciate your suggestions.

(I'm sure I'm asking a very basic question, but then I'm a novice in treasury and cash management with very little time in hand for R&D owing to year end closing activities).

Regards

Soujanya.

Hi,

Even though you are performing legacy data transfer, you first need to assign account assignment procedure in

FSCM --Treasury and Risk Mgmt -- Transaction Manager -- General Settings -- Accounting -- Link to other accounting components.

Here you need to create account assignment references and also use derivation strategies for determing them depending on the area like OTC, securities etc.

Using the account assignment reference, valuation area and account symbol define your accounts also.

This is just a brief description. Read the customizing guide further for your requirement. TBB1_LC will not post any FI documents, but data can be seen in posting journal.

Regards,

Ravi

I'm a novice in Cash & Treasury, I'd appreciate if you could suggest some good books and/or if there are any links as far as SAP Cash & Treasury is concerned.

Thanks & Regards,

Soujanya.
