Hello Christof,
ESBMessaging.send role is available for applications ending with <iflpmap>, but not for Management Node applications.
I would suggest you to check the KBA ##2638773 - ESBMessaging.send role is not visible in SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit.
In case if your query is about creating custom roles, you can refer below blog for more details.

Hey 7a519509aed84a2c9e6f627841825b5a,
thank you very much for your help. I knew all this steps you have described.
But the thing was, I have not been able to find the Role, I attached in my screenshot.
I invested a bit time and found that I have to define the role also in the subaccount -> application -> subscriptions -> choose your application ->
Than you have the possibility to define the role in the Autorizations Menu.

Hi Christof
Role assignment happens in the SAP Cloud Platform cockpit, not in the Cloud Integration UI.
Log on to the SAP Cloud Platform cockpit, and navigate to your Cloud Integration subaccount. Go to Security => Authorizations in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. This takes you to the Authorization Management view. Here you can either assign the role directly to a user, or assign it to a group, and add the user to that group.
You can find a more detailed description in section 3.2.3 of the Operations Guide.
Regards,
Morten
