Some of our users are experience poor performance using Business Objects to create reports from a particular universe. We are currently going through a step by step process to investigate the cause of the issue. As part of our investigation, I was wondering if it is possible to create another AP and Web Intelligence Process server for the processing of web intelligence reports and whether we can use the additional servers specifically for the universe experiencing the issue.
