Layout changes in performance appraisal template

Hello Expert,

We have implmented the the perfoamnce appraisal system in our company. we haveing two issues in the existing implimentation.

1) we want to redisign the web pages so as to use the web page space more effectively. actually in the objective setting column Objective are by default taking excess space for both field i.e. one for discription & second for Note. Whereas we want to utilze only one field out of discription or note only. So please let us know how to disable any one field out of them.

2) Every time we needs to go for expand all to edit/display the notes. insteat of that we want all note should be displayed by defaultly (i.e. it should be expanded by default)

So please provide the any solution for the above issues

Hello Santosh,

Nice day.

For issue 1, please check how the 'Value Input' and 'Note' columns are set for the Objectives under
'Columns' tab of the relevant element.
If you do not want to input anything there, please make the settings of 'Value Input' and 'Note'
as 'No Entry' and/or 'No Note' respectively.

For issue 2, please set the elements are expanded through the UI configuration. IMG path like below.
SPRO -> Personnel Management -> Personnel Development -> Objective Setting and Appraisals ->
Configure User Interface for Template

Hello Lucy,

For issue 1, 'Value Input' field is disable so we can't do changes. please refer below screen shot

For Issue 2, expanded column is disable in SPRO setting for column layout. please refer below screen shot
