MDM Adapter listener could not start

Hi Experts,

We have configured MDM PI Adapter 7.1 in our SAP PI 7.1.

Following error is in Communication Channel monitoring happening:

MDM Adapter listener could not start due to: Can not create repository session '<server=DTYMDM serverUser=Admin repository=KNA1_DTYPRQ user=Admin>'

caused by: Path to object does not exist at MDM Factory, the whole lookup name is deployedAdapters/MDM Factory/shareable/MDM Factory.

Has anyone faced this problem before???
