IDES S4 HANA 1610 RDBMS HANA client file error

When installing IDES S/4 HANA 1610 Application the Software Provisioning Manager is not accepting the LABEL.ASC. I have tried LABEL.ASC from HDB_CLIENT extracted from

IMDB_CLIENT20_003_119-80002082.SAR and IMDB_CLIENT20_002_71-80002082.SAR

HDB_CLIENT:20xxx:RDBMS:SAP in-memory computing engine client:LINUX_X86_64:CDxxxxxxx

as well as the LABEL.ASC from the 51053061 -> DATA_UNITS -> HDB_CLIENT_LINUX_X86_64

SWPM is telling me it's the wrong file
