How to check pay-in pay-out transaction created in SAP CCO in SAP Business By Design?

Do you know how pay-in and pay-out transaction are managed in SAP By design. Do you have example of test?

Hello Yvmelle,

currently the transfer of pay in / pay out posting to SAP Business by Design is not supported. That mean in real life the cashier can do the pay in / pay out in SAP Customer Checkout and then the accountant who has access to SAP Business by Design has to post the pay in / pay out manually in SAP Business by Design.

thank you for your answer but once again I do not see how to extract the pay in and pay out file from SAP CCO.

The view you send shows how to add filter in order to have them but not to extract them.

Can you please help?

Hi Yvmelle,

you can filter in receipt search directly in SAP Customer Checkout (see screenshots)

or in the manager "Receipt Tile"

Thank you Stephan for this response. It is what I was thinking.

So, is it anyway possible to extract from SAP CCO the pay-in or cash-out transactions?

It will be complicated to create this kind of transaction if there is no report about them in SAP CCO
