To create or edit project templates, you must be a member of the global Template Creator group or the template project's Template Creator team. To create or edit a modular supplier management questionnaire project template, you must be a member of the global SM Modular Questionnaire Manager group.
If the template state is not Active, go to the Properties area and select Actions Publish. The template must be in the Active state before you can create a new version.
