Using CRforVS_13_0_23 - Do not see table button on the report toolbar

I found help video showing a "Table" button in the toolbar. I included a screen clip. I do not see this button as an option in our report viewer. We are using Crystal For Visual Studio 13.0.23. The feature of opening the report in that table format is exactly what my user is asking for. In addition that "tables" function then shows a "excel" button for quickly opening data in excel. How do we get access to these features?
