RRB - Planned hours for billing

Hi, can anyone advise how we can use the planned hours instead of actual hours to generate the billing request for RRB? Currently am using source '0001' 'Actual Cost - Line items'. I did not find another suitable source which can be used. Any userexits?

You need to select the source 0021-Planned costs.
