We use CRD (from Christian Stevens) to schedule some of our Crystal 2008 reports. This is run on one PC, and schedules reports from various ODBC connections. Recently large numbers of files (eg reportname.rpt plus .tmp files are being created in the local TEMP folder. The same reports are repeated in batches trhoughtout the day. It has been suggested that there is a problem with Crystal caching these reports - so how can I clear the cache? I have not found any documentation to show where to do this. Currently I am managing these files manually, but would prefer a permament solution.
I would appreciate any advice anyone can offer.
