Problem in connection with backend system

Hi all,

I have created a model in visual composer deployed it wih par and attached it with a page in portal and transported to pd. Now i have attached this page with a user. When i am goin thru the user's id and trying to run it, it is throwing error as " Failed to connect to backend system. Check ur system definintion and user privilages".

The same system is working fine when i am trying to run other iviews. can anyone please suggest me the possible causes.
