hi,

when one of my user is creating a support message he is getting this message:

Error in local message system, message is not complete.

Is this a authorization problem or something else.

Hi,

Is this happening from the satellite system ? usually this error statement means configuration in satellite system

sm30 -> bcos_cust table -> the rfc (BACK rfc ) maybe not working or incorrectly set

please also test the BACK rfc from sm59, apart from the connection test, please also kindly verify the authorization test is working equally.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Is BP exist for the same user

secondly in the Solman BP tcode choose the BP for that user

check if in this BP of that user has the Identification entry maintained for the satellite system.

yes BP is maintained for that user and also in identification tab the entry has been maintained. Also RFC roles have been assigned. still the problem is coming.

checked the notes:

864195 Error 513 when you enter Support Desk Message

1261046 Service Desk: Read Messages Using Local RFC Destination

498984 Error 513 when sending support message

not getting anything.

Is there any other option available.

Hi,

Please check whether User name has been maintained in "Employee" role for that BP.

Hi,

Check SAP Notes might be helpful:

864195 Error 513 when you enter Support Desk Message

1261046 Service Desk: Read Messages Using Local RFC Destination

498984 Error 513 when sending support message

Further this can be Business partner problem/Authoriztion issue

check for the service desk roles for the end user

and check if u have created/generated a BP for this end user in solman using BP_GEN

Hope it helps

Regards

Prakhar
