Appraisal Email

Dear Expert,

I am using standard apprisal function in EP6.0

However, I suddenly receive an email like below:

Subject : Change Appraisal Document 'Performance Management Document'

Body:

Work Item in R/3 System: PRD

You have a new work item in the SAP System.

Note the following instructions.

You have just received appraisal document 'Performance Management Document' to be changed in your inbox.

To fill out the document, use the link:

Is there any place to set the email for this?

Hi Srini,

I have look through the link under spro -> Personnel Management -> Personnel Development -> Appraisal Systems.

But still cannot find any clues on how to change the email. The most stange thing is that I don't know why the email will sent to my inbox because I am not appraisee or appraiser.

Could you please give me more information on this one?

hi,

This mail is sent by the SAP workflow. If you do not want to receive this mail there should be a config in SPRO for supressing the mail. Look into one of the links in SPRO > personel management > Personnel development. Alternatively you can also supress this from the workflow.
