Issue in iWay adapter for IMS on PI

I am facing following error in IMS receiver configuration(CC monitoring- receiver CC) using iWay adapter , please suggest the way out.

(I allready refered all standard documents provided with iWay adapter and did deployment / configure using those documents only)

"Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.lib.ra.cci.XIAdapterException: IWAY AFJCA SAPXI cannot send the message: com.ibi.common.PersistenceException: Key 'IMS/Transactions/CSYK600X' not found. Available persistence contains: {}"

Mentors/Gurus/Experts please reply....

Hi,

it seems that the only way to solve this issue would be to log on to your system and check it out

and this cannot be done on the forum

my suggestion - try asking your company for some direct help of an experienced consutaltant

We tried all the things, Not able to find any person who has experiance in iWay deployment ,

anyway please suggest how to delete the thread.

Hi,

We are using iWay Siebel Adapter with HTTP Protocol and getting the following error.

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.lib.ra.cci.XIAdapterException: IWAY AFJCA SAPXI cannot process the message via call. Problem sending HTTP request

How did you resolve your error, Can you guide us in resolving our issue.
