Assignment column is blank in FBL3N saved layout

Hello

I have a peculiar situation here. As per the abovementioned subject, the assignment column is blank in FBL3N saved layout for a particular user. The assignment column will only display after I remove the column and reinsert it.

Any idea why this is happening?
